Do I need a credit card to start?

What does the Concierge agent do autonomously?
On the Concierge tier, your AI employee monitors visibility, updates your llms.txt, submits new pages to IndexNow, generates FAQ schema and comparison-page drafts for review, monitors Reddit and Hacker News for brand mentions and drafts replies, and sends a weekly strategy brief every Monday. You choose a risk level - Conservative (low-risk site maintenance only), Balanced (default; adds medium-risk drafts and re-measures your visibility after shipping), or Aggressive (works more of your backlog each day and always re-measures). Nothing public is ever auto-published: directory submissions and forum replies always wait for your one-click approval.
Does the agent send outreach emails on my behalf?
Only if you turn it on. Autonomous outreach is off by default and opt-in per workspace. When enabled, the agent emails citation-gap sources with A/B subject lines, a 7-day cooldown per domain, and a one-click unsubscribe in every message. Anyone who unsubscribes is suppressed permanently and never contacted again.
Is there an API?
Yes. Concierge and Agency include a read-only REST API to pull your visibility scores, recommendations, and tracked prompts into your own dashboards. Mint a key in Settings, then see the API reference at /api-docs.
What is the buying-intent lens?
Growth and above. We split your tracked prompts into money prompts (comparisons, alternatives, best-of shortlists, pricing questions) and learning-stage prompts, and score them separately. For every money prompt where an engine names a competitor and not you, a once-a-day analysis reads the actual engine answer and tells you the primary reason you lost - pricing, features, reviews, integrations, or a missing page - with the exact quote as evidence and a concrete fix.
What does the AI reputation shield do?
Pro and above. Once a day we extract the factual claims each engine currently makes about your brand and put them side by side. Conflicts (one engine says $59, another says $500) and suspected falsehoods are flagged and raised in your alert feed the day they appear. One click drafts a public correction onto your task board - you review and publish it yourself; nothing ever goes live automatically.
Is the Concierge agent safe?
Yes. Every action is reversible when possible (rollbacks within 24h). High-risk actions always require your explicit approval. You can pause all agent activity with one click. The audit log shows every action, when it ran, what it did, and the cost. We never charge for anything without your approval - paid directory submissions always go to the approval queue.
Can I keep publishing on my own site?
Yes. Use managed pages on a delegated subdomain for citable AI-search content, or use the GitHub PR lane when your site lives in a repository. The agent drafts changes and you review before anything goes live.
