1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and BEJEWEAR OÜ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the EdenRank website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Service").

You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

3. User Registration

You may be required to register with the Service. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Fees and Payment

You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access some of our services. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Euros (EUR).

5. Cancellation

All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track the personal information of others
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BEJEWEAR OÜ and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Estonia and foreign countries. These Terms shall be interpreted and defined in accordance with the laws of Estonia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
