This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and subscription access work for EdenRank, a B2B SaaS product operated by BEJEWEAR OÜ.
EdenRank provides AI visibility monitoring, AI search citation tracking, and brand/entity trust analytics for business customers. By purchasing or subscribing to EdenRank, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription Billing
Subscription plans are billed in advance for the billing period selected at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
Taxes, payment processing, invoices, receipts, and refunds may be handled by a third-party merchant of record or payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
3. Refund Eligibility
For first-time subscription purchases, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment if the service does not meet your needs.
Refunds are generally not available for:
- renewal payments after the first billing period has started;
- accounts that have materially used the service during the refund period;
- custom work, setup, implementation, consulting, or other non-standard services;
- accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or policy violations;
- requests made after the 7-day refund window, except where required by applicable law.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through the contact form and include the email address used for purchase, your company name, the order or invoice reference if available, and a short explanation of the request.
We review refund requests as quickly as reasonably possible. If your purchase was processed by a merchant of record or payment provider, approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through that provider and may take several business days to appear.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account, billing portal, or by contacting us through the contact form. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
After cancellation, access may remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless your account is terminated earlier for breach of our Terms of Service or applicable policies.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it. Unresolved payment disputes or chargebacks may lead to account suspension while the issue is reviewed by us and the payment provider.
